Family Nursing Resources hereby grants the right to utilize .mov file (Quicktime or Windows Media Player) of content included in the “How To Family Nursing Series” for five years in exchange for a fee based on the following conditions:

1. Family Nursing Resources retains the copyright throughout the world for the “How To Family Nursing Series”.
2. Use of this .mov file is limited and restricted solely for educational purposes.
3. Transferring, copying, or duplicating the educational content of the “How To Family Nursing Series” in whole or in part is expressly prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by Family Nursing Resources.
4. In the event of a breach of conditions, action may be taken by Family Nursing Resources.
5. This license is valid only upon receipt of full payment of the license fee of $499.00/work (plus GST/HST in Canada).
